Accessibility Statement

DM DESK aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That goal covers the website chat widget our customers put on their own sites, the DM DESK dashboard, and this website.

1. How we test

We test with automated tools and with keyboard only checks. The automated checks run on the chat widget, the dashboard and the pages of this website. The keyboard checks go through a whole chat: open it, ask a question, build an order, go to checkout, and close it.

2. Last review

We last reviewed the chat widget, the dashboard and this website on October 13, 2026.

3. Known limits

• Content from other companies on a customer's website. We control the chat widget. We do not control the rest of the site it sits on.
• Images and menus that a business uploads. DM DESK does not control what is in them or how they are described.
• A reply written in a language other than English is not yet marked with its language for screen readers.
• The DM DESK iPhone app does not yet follow the text size set on the phone.

4. Report a problem

If any part of the chat widget, the dashboard or this website is hard for you to use, write to accessibility@dm-desk.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We respond within 5 business days.
