No. DoorDash doesn't allow its ordering pages to be read automatically. You upload your menu instead, pasted in or as a PDF, from your DM DESK dashboard or with us on a free setup call.
Does it put the order into DoorDash?
No. DM DESK can't fill a DoorDash cart. The customer adds the items from the chat's list on your DoorDash ordering page and pays there.
Can it quote delivery fees or times?
Only what you've written in your own info. Otherwise it tells customers pickup or delivery is chosen on your DoorDash ordering page. It does not track deliveries.
What if a customer asks about an allergy?
It says it can't make that call for an allergy and that your kitchen handles common allergens. Then it sends the question to you with the chat attached, so you can answer the customer yourself.
Does DM DESK take a commission?
No. DM DESK doesn't take a cut of your orders. The customer pays on your DoorDash ordering page.
