- From your DM DESK dashboard, or with us on a free 30 minute setup call, you set up DM DESK with your real products or services, prices, hours, FAQs and policies.
- You download the plugin from the Channels page in your DM DESK dashboard. It's already tied to your business.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins, choose Add Plugin, then Upload Plugin, and pick the .zip file. If you get a folder named dm-desk-website-chat instead of a .zip (Safari on a Mac can unzip downloads), right click it, choose Compress, and upload the .zip that makes.
- Activate the plugin. The DM DESK chat widget shows up on your site.
- Customers ask questions and the chat answers from your real info. Leads and anything sensitive come to you.
