Reconnect Instagram

Connect Instagram again when the connection expired or was removed.

Steps

  1. Open Channels. The Instagram card says Not connected, or that the connection expired or was removed.
  2. Press Connect.
  3. On Instagram's page, check it shows your business account, then press Allow.
  4. Back on Channels, check it says Instagram connected.
  5. Check your Instagram inbox for anyone who wrote while it was disconnected.

Good to know

  • DM DESK renews your Instagram connection on its own. You only connect again if it expired or DM DESK was removed in your Instagram settings.
  • Only an owner or manager can connect Instagram, and it must be an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator).
  • One Instagram account connects to one DM DESK business at a time.
