Follow the 6 steps below

This guide has written steps and no video. Each step is numbered, so you can come back to the one you were on.

Steps

  1. Open Your agent, then Services and booking (Products and ordering, if you've connected Shopify).
  2. Under Add a service, add each service with its price. When a price can change, write starting at in the description, for example: Starting at $140, plus parts. Click Add service.
  3. Under How do you get paid, pick every way customers can pay you and when you collect, then click Save.
  4. Under Booking link, paste the full https address of your booking page and click Save.
  5. Test it on Test your agent: ask about a job you don't list. Use the typed test before you go live, and the chat bubble there once you're live.
  6. Find quote requests in Inbox, under Leads and orders, and in your alert email.

Good to know

  • Before you go live, your agent doesn't answer on your site, on Instagram or in the chat bubble on Test your agent. Until then, use the typed test on that page.
  • Your agent quotes only the prices you list, the way you wrote them. For anything else it says you'll give a quote.
  • It never confirms a booking or a time. It sends your booking link, or takes the request for you to confirm.
  • It names how you take payment and never shares a payment handle or account number. You share those yourself.
